Revenue Sources:

• Paid Utility Features: Featured utilities within our Dapp and Mobile App that users can maximize for an additional one time usage fee.

• In-App Subscriptions: Tiered subscription models for premium services like Sim card enabled Texting & calling, Encrypted File Storage, temporary ID verification methods, or increased limit of Stealth ID's.

• Transaction Fees: Fees collected from transactions processed through our platform in $ETH, $STEALTH, and other cryptos.

Distribution Process:

• Revenue Pooling: All income from both the Dapp and Mobile App, including subscriptions and feature fees, will be pooled.

• Revenue Sharing Commencement: The sharing of revenue will be initiated with the rollout of paid subscriptions in our mobile app and DApp.

• Payment Types: Payments on our platform can be made in $ETH, $STEALTH and other cryptos.

• Allocation: A significant (70%) portion of this pool will be dedicated for distribution among $STEALTH token holders. The exact percentage and mechanism for distribution is detailed in the next page under "Revenue Share Calculation".
